What does “one-time” mean here?

You pay once by card and keep the account for life. There is no monthly or yearly fee for the packages on this page. GoHighLevel itself is billed separately by HighLevel.

How fast do I get access?

The account is created automatically after payment and your login is emailed within minutes. In the rare case the automation fails, the team sets it up by hand within 24 hours.

What are workspaces, templates and team members?

A workspace holds one complete design (for example one agency or one brand). Saved templates are designs you can keep and reuse. Team members are people you invite to the editor. Balance has 1 workspace, 10 templates and 3 team members; Total Wellness has 3 workspaces, 50 templates and 10 team members.

What does “allowed domains” mean?

It is the number of domains your install can run on, such as your white-label app domain and your websites for widgets. Balance allows 5, Vitality 10 and Total Wellness 25.

Are popups and calculators limited?

They are part of Total Wellness only, with live limits: up to 15 popups, 15 notifications, 10 calculators and 10 floating widgets running at the same time. You can keep more saved and switch them on as needed.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Get in touch with the email you bought with and we will move your account to the larger package.

Do I need to give you my GoHighLevel login?

Never. You install the code yourself in your own Agency Settings. We do not ask for GoHighLevel credentials at checkout or afterwards.

How is payment handled?

Checkout runs on Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we only receive your name, email and the package you chose.

Is the Wellness Snapshot included?

No, they are separate products. The Wellness Snapshot installs automations and workflows; the GHL Customizer changes how GoHighLevel looks. Many practices use both.
