What is the GHL Customizer?
It is a visual editor for the look of your GoHighLevel account. You choose a theme, login page, menus, dashboards and on-site widgets, preview them live, then install everything with one line of code in GoHighLevel’s Custom JS setting. No coding, and no developer needed.
Do you design and install it for me?
No. Each package is a self-serve account. Your login (email plus a temporary password) is login emailed within minutes (max 24 hours), and you make the changes yourself in the live editor. If you get stuck, the help docs and our support team are there to answer questions.
How do I install it in GoHighLevel?
Copy the install line from the editor and paste it into Agency Settings, Company, White Label, Custom JS. For the login page there is one extra CSS line. It takes about 2 minutes, and after that every change you save goes live without reinstalling.
Is it a subscription?
No. Balance is $207, Vitality is $457 and Total Wellness is $887, each paid once with lifetime access. There is no monthly fee. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
Will it change how GoHighLevel works for my team?
No features move or disappear. The customizer changes colours, layout, typography and adds optional extras such as dark mode, quick menus and contact action buttons. Everything your team clicks today still does the same thing.
Does it work for clients who log in to my sub-accounts?
Yes. The styling follows your white-label domain, so practitioners, front-desk staff and clients you give access to see the branded version, including the custom login page.
Can I undo it?
Yes. Remove the install line and GoHighLevel returns to its standard look straight away. Inside the editor you can also roll back to a saved version (5 versions on Balance, 10 on the larger packages).
Does it affect HIPAA or client data?
The customizer changes how GoHighLevel looks, not where your client records live; they stay in your GoHighLevel account. Privacy mode can blur names, emails and phone numbers when you share your screen. Your own HIPAA and consent obligations stay with you and your GoHighLevel setup, and we are not a healthcare provider.
Does it style the LeadConnector mobile app?
It styles GoHighLevel in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. The LeadConnector mobile app is a native app and keeps its own look, because custom code from Agency Settings only runs in the web app.
Is this an official HighLevel product?
No. We are an independent team and not affiliated with HighLevel. The customizer uses GoHighLevel’s own Custom JS and CSS settings, which every agency account has, to apply your design on top of the standard interface.
