A GoHighLevel white label theme is a design layer loaded through GoHighLevel’s Custom JS setting. It replaces the stock colours, spacing and components across every page your team and clients open, while every feature, workflow and permission underneath stays exactly as it was.

Stock GoHighLevel uses the same bright blues for everyone. Practitioners who spend hours a day in it tell us the same thing: it feels like work software, not like their practice. A theme is the fastest fix because it changes everything in one decision.

You never write GHL custom CSS by hand. The editor generates it, keeps it in one install line, and updates it whenever you save.

How many GHL themes are included?

27 complete themes, 3 of them dark, plus 11 UI kits that change cards, buttons and inputs. Every package includes all of them, starting with Balance at $207.

What is the difference between a theme and a UI kit?

A theme sets the colours, sidebar, header and page background. A UI kit sets the shape of the components on top: soft shadows, flat borders, glass, accent tops and more. Mix any kit with any theme.

Does GoHighLevel have a dark mode?

Not built in for the whole interface. The customizer adds one: pick a dark theme, or switch dark mode on for the theme you like, and your team can work late without a bright white screen.

Can I use my practice colours instead?

Yes. Start from any theme, then change the brand colour, sidebar colours and logo. The preview updates as you type, so you can match your website and printed materials.

Will a theme change my client-facing funnels?

No. Themes style the GoHighLevel app your team and clients log in to. Your funnels and websites keep their own design; popups and widgets for websites are a separate module.

Can separate brands have different themes?

Yes, one per workspace. A workspace holds one complete design, and Balance includes 1, Vitality 2 and Total Wellness 3, so a practice group with two brands can keep them apart.

Does a dark theme pass contrast for text?

The dark themes are built with light text on deep backgrounds. As with any custom colour, check your own brand colours in the preview before saving, especially for small grey labels.

Is a GHL custom CSS theme hard to maintain?

Not with the editor. You never touch the CSS: the customizer writes it, keeps it in one install line and updates it when you save, so there is nothing to copy back into GoHighLevel each time.
