A Wellness Website That’s Faster, Ranks, and Fills the Calendar
We design, build and then run the whole thing on the Astro framework: a guaranteed 90+ PageSpeed score, real local SEO, your pricing and availability refreshed weekly, and two researched articles a week at 2,500 to 3,200 words each. You see clients. We run the website.
Your Website Might Be Quietly Costing You Enquiries
Most wellness websites are slow, invisible in search and expensive to change. Here is what is really holding a practice back.
A slow site loses the enquiry
WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and GHL-built sites bloat fast. Every extra second of load sends someone who was about to fill in your enquiry form back to the results page to try the next practice. On a phone, which is where most wellness traffic arrives, it is worse again.
You are invisible in your own city
No location pages, weak schema, no meta structure, so Google and the AI answer engines never surface your practice. You run on referrals and word of mouth because organic search has never sent you a new enquiry.
Billed for every small edit
Hosting fees, SSL fees, plugin renewals and a quote request for a one-line change to your services page. So the page still lists a programme you stopped offering and a price you stopped charging.
A dated site undersells a careful practice
A tired design quietly argues against the standard of the work. Someone deciding whether to spend real money on a programme reads the website first, and a template that looks like every other one makes the whole thing feel less considered.
A blog nobody reads and nobody cites
Six hundred words of generic advice, published whenever someone remembered, ranks for nothing and gets quoted by nothing. It fills a page without ever bringing you a reader who was genuinely looking.
Built on Astro, Faster Than WordPress, Wix and GHL
The site is fast on the day it goes live. Speed is not something we tune later, it is a consequence of how the thing is built.
90+ PageSpeed, guaranteed
We build on the Astro framework and guarantee a 90+ Google PageSpeed score, often a perfect 100, on mobile and desktop. The site is fast the day it goes live, not after somebody audits plugins six months later.
Faster than WordPress, Wix and GHL
No page-builder overhead and no plugin stack. Static-first pages served from Cloudflare's edge open instantly, which matters because most people meet your practice through a phone, mid-scroll, with very little patience.
A calm, credible interface
Quiet typography, generous spacing and a layout that lets someone read rather than fight the page. The design is doing an argument before a word of copy is read: this practice is organised and takes its own standards seriously.
Rank in Search, and Get Quoted in AI Answers
Fast pages are half of it. We structure everything so a search engine and an answer engine can both understand and surface your practice.
Built to rank
Search engines reward fast, cleanly structured pages. Correct titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy and internal links mean Google can crawl and rank your service pages the way it wants to.
Written to be quoted by AI
Every page carries schema and answer-first structure that ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can read and cite. Increasingly the first place someone hears your practice named is inside an answer rather than a list of links.
Real location pages
Individually written pages for every city and area you take clients from, which is how an independent practice ranks for searches that carry a place name instead of competing with the whole internet.
Sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt
We ship a correct sitemap, a robots.txt that lets the crawlers you want in, and an llms.txt file, so search engines and AI crawlers index the site cleanly from day one.
Everything Included, on Every Plan
A complete practice website, built once and then run for you. Nothing on this list is an upsell.
A complete site, not a template
Home, About, a services overview plus a dedicated page for every programme you offer, location pages, Contact, Book a Consultation and a practitioner page. Everything a practice needs to be understood before the first conversation.
A package and session-block cost estimator
The sum a prospective client works out before they contact you: what a six-session block costs against a twelve-week programme, per session and in total. We build it into the site so they see the figures clearly on your page. It produces a cost estimate only. It is not a quote, not a treatment plan and not clinical advice, and it says so on the page.
A free domain, or we point yours
One domain is included if you do not already own one. If you do, we point it at the new site and nothing changes for the people who already know where to find you.
Cloudflare hosting, nothing itemised later
Your site runs on Cloudflare's global edge. No hosting bill, no SSL bill, no CDN bill. It sits inside the monthly figure and does not reappear as a separate line in month four.
Enquiries into whatever CRM you run
Every form on the site pushes straight into the system your front desk already opens, by direct API, Zapier or Make. New enquiries land where your intake process already lives instead of in a shared inbox.
Fully managed, permanently
Crashes, malware, patches, uptime and backups are ours. You never log in to fix anything, and you are never the person who discovers on a Monday that the enquiry form has been silently failing since Friday.
Your Pricing and Availability, Updated Weekly
Wellness pricing does not sit still. A programme fills and closes. An introductory rate expires. You raise a session fee in January and the site keeps quoting last year. On most practice websites the pricing was typed in once, at build, and then never touched, so by the time anyone reads it the number is fiction.
We update the figures on your site every week. You send the change, it goes live, and nobody arrives at a consultation having budgeted against something you stopped charging two seasons ago, or enquires about a programme that closed in March.
- Programme and package pricingWhat a single session, a six-session block and a full programme cost right now, refreshed as you move them rather than left at last year's figure.
- Payment-plan and deposit termsInstalment options, deposits and what is due when, kept in line with what you actually explain on a consultation call.
- Availability and waiting-list notesWhether you are open to new clients this month, and which programmes have a waiting list, so nobody enquires about something that is closed.
- Introductory and seasonal termsIntroductory consultation pricing and any time-limited terms put up on the day they open and taken down on the day they close.
Research-Based Articles, 2,500 to 3,200 Words Each
Two every week on Solo Practice. Three every week on Clinic-Wide, written to the same standard. This is the part most agencies at this price do not do.
The decision pieces
A single session against a programme, working with a practitioner against doing it alone, what changes between one service and another. These reach someone at the moment they are deciding how to proceed, which is the moment an enquiry gets sent.
The process pieces
What your intake actually involves, what the first appointment looks like, how a programme is structured and how often you meet. Long enough to answer the question properly rather than gesture at it.
The research pieces
Sourced material, written carefully, with every figure carrying the citation it came from. Nothing is framed as medical guidance or as a promise about anybody's results, and that restraint is what makes a page safe to quote.
Five Revisions Included Every Month, at No Extra Cost
Not an allowance you get billed against. Five change requests are part of the price, and past the fifth each one is a flat $20 with no cap.
Five revisions included every month, at no extra cost
Five change requests every month are part of the price, not an allowance you are billed against. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere in the arrangement.
One revision is not one line
There is no size limit on a single request. "Build two new programme pages, here is the full copy, the pricing table and the images for both" is one revision, not four. Put as much into a request as you like.
Done in 2 to 5 working days, whatever the size
Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, however large it is. A price change or a corrected availability note is usually the same day or the next.
You never log in to fix anything
Patches, certificates, uptime monitoring, backups and malware are handled without you being told about them. The site is simply up, and keeping it up is not on anyone's list at your practice.
Three Plans, Named for How Much the System Carries
Every plan carries the same $697 one-time build fee, and you pay it only after the site is live. Start with the website and add the engines when you want them.
- 90+ PageSpeed, guaranteedAstro-built, often a perfect 100
- Weekly pricing and availability updatesnobody enquires against a stale figure
- 2 research-based articles every week2,500 to 3,200 words each, sourced, not filler
- A package and session-block cost estimatoran estimate on your page, not a quote
- Free domainor we point the one you already own
- Cloudflare hosting includedno hosting, SSL or CDN bill, ever
- Enquiries into any CRMdirect API, Zapier or Make
- 5 revisions included every monthat no extra cost, then $20 each, no cap
- Fully managedcrashes, malware, patches and uptime are ours
Your website stops being the weakest part of the practice. It opens instantly on a phone, describes the programmes you are actually running this month, and drops every enquiry into the CRM your intake process already uses. You stop paying by the hour for edits and stop thinking about hosting at all. Two researched articles a week begin building a body of writing that answers what people are already typing into a search box.
- Everything in Solo Practice, plus:
- 1 AI receptionistanswers and books the calls you would have missed
- 1 AI chat widget on the siteanswers service and availability questions, books the consultation
- 1 AI across SMS, Messenger and Instagramone inbox, answered immediately
- 1 call analysis reporting agenta PDF report on what callers asked for, what went unanswered and what booked
- A2P 10DLC registrationthe carriers require it before any SMS can send
The enquiries you were quietly losing get answered. Someone picks up at seven in the evening, works out which service the caller is asking about, and puts a consultation on the calendar. Every message, text and web chat arrives in one place with an immediate reply rather than scattering across four apps nobody owns. The agents describe your services and your availability. They do not give health guidance and are not built to.
The usage fee covers AI minutes and message volume and is billed at cost. The agents handle enquiries, services and scheduling only. They do not answer clinical questions.
Add the AI Engine- Everything in Practice Team, plus:
- 3 research-based articles a weekthe same standard: 2,500 to 3,200 words each, sourced
- 3 social image posts a weekbranded and ready to publish
- 2 reels a weekAI voice with on-screen text and icons
- Google Business Profile managedposts, photos and questions kept current so the listing stays active
- Written for search and for AI answersso both a search engine and an assistant can quote you
You stop buying every conversation. Three researched articles a week, each 2,500 to 3,200 words with sources cited, plus the social posts and reels to carry them, means that months from now your practice is the one Google and ChatGPT name when someone asks who to speak to in your area. Your Google Business Profile is kept running alongside it, so the listing someone finds looks like a practice that is currently open and taking enquiries.
Everything is written around your services and the areas you draw from. Nothing published under this plan makes a health claim or promises a result for any individual.
Add the Content EngineServe the clients in your area who do not read English
Plenty of practices draw from neighbourhoods where a real share of people would rather read about your services, your intake and what a programme costs in their first language. Adding a language is $100 one time, per language, on any of the three plans. The pages are professionally built per language. We do not offer certified or sworn translation, and a translated page is a description of your services, not clinical advice in that language.
What matters is how it is built. The usual offer bolts a browser translate widget onto the existing page, which creates no new URLs, so Google has nothing extra to index and you still rank in exactly one language. We build a separate real page per language, each with its own address, its own title and meta description, its own schema, and reciprocal hreflang tags pointing the versions at each other. Each language can then rank on its own in Google and be quoted on its own by ChatGPT and AI Overviews, which is the difference between being readable in Spanish and being findable in Spanish.
Spanish, French and German are already declared in this site's locale registry, so turning one on means adding the translated pages rather than rebuilding anything.
Third-party integrations are quoted separately. Form submissions from your own site into any CRM are included on every plan. Connecting a practice management system, a scheduling platform, an accounting package, a payment processor or a custom API is priced before we build it, never billed after.
Where Your Practice Is Now, and Where This Puts It
Not a feature list. The difference a prospective client and your front desk will notice.
Live in 7 Days on Solo Practice
Practice Team takes 10 days and Clinic-Wide takes 15, because the AI agents and the content engine need setting up properly. You do not pay the $697 until you are live.
Pay the first monthly invoice
You start on the monthly figure for the tier you pick. The $697 one-time build fee is not charged at this point.
One onboarding call
We take everything in a single call: your services, your intake process, the areas you draw clients from, your brand, your pricing and the direction you want the writing to take.
We build it
Solo Practice is live in 7 days. Practice Team takes 10 while the AI agents are trained on your services and intake. Clinic-Wide takes 15 with the content engine running.
The one-time fee is charged after you are live
The $697 build fee is only invoiced once the site is live and you are happy with it. That order is deliberate and it is the whole point of it.

Website Questions, Answered
A revision is any change request you send us, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. Updating text on a service page, adding a whole new page, changing a colour, adding a practitioner, updating your pricing, swapping an expiring introductory offer: all revisions. So is something far larger. "Build two new programme pages, here is the full copy, the pricing table and the images for both" is one revision, not four. Five revisions are included every month at no extra cost. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, so you always know the price before you ask, with no cap on how many you can buy in a month and no hourly billing. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size.
The form submissions on your own site are included: every form pushes into any CRM you run, by direct API, Zapier or Make, at no extra charge. Anything past that is not included by default. Connecting a practice management system, a scheduling platform, an accounting package, a payment processor or a custom API is quoted and charged separately. We tell you the cost before we build it, you decide, and it is never something you discover on an invoice afterwards.
Every article is research-based and runs 2,500 to 3,200 words. That is deliberate, and it is the main thing separating this from an agency at a similar price shipping 600-word AI padding. Each one is built around a real question people are asking, sourced against material we can cite, and structured so a search engine can rank it and an answer engine can lift a passage out of it. Solo Practice publishes two a week. Clinic-Wide publishes three a week to the same standard. Nothing published is framed as medical advice or as a promise about anybody's results.
Solo Practice is $127 a month, Practice Team is $267 a month plus AI usage, and Clinic-Wide is $647 a month. Every tier carries the same $697 one-time build fee. You pay only the monthly invoice up front. The $697 is charged after your site is live and you are happy with it, which is the order that matters.
It answers a question a prospective client is already trying to answer on their own: what a six-session block works out to against a full programme, per session and in total. They put in the option they are considering and it shows the figures. It produces a cost estimate only. It is not a quote, it does not commit you to a price, it is not a treatment plan, and it does not offer clinical advice of any kind. The page says all of that plainly next to the tool.
We build on Astro, which ships almost no JavaScript and serves static-first pages from Cloudflare's global edge. There is no plugin stack as on WordPress and no page-builder overhead as on Wix, Squarespace or a GHL-built site. We guarantee a 90+ Google PageSpeed score, frequently 100, on both mobile and desktop.
Wellness pricing and availability move constantly. A programme fills. An introductory rate expires. You raise a session fee and forget the site still shows the old one. On most practice websites the pricing was typed in once at build and never touched, so the site and the front desk disagree. Every week we update the figures on your site, including programme and package pricing, payment-plan terms, whether you are open to new clients, and any time-limited introductory terms.
It is a PDF, not a dashboard nobody opens. It reports what callers actually asked about, which questions went unanswered, which enquiries were about a service you offer and which were not, and what got booked. Most practice owners find the gap between what they assume people ring to ask and what people actually ring to ask is the useful part.
No, and that is a deliberate limit rather than an oversight. The receptionist, the chat widget and the messaging agent are set up to describe your services, explain how your intake works, answer scheduling and pricing questions, and book a consultation. Anything that would amount to health guidance is handed to a person. We configure that boundary during setup and you review it before anything goes live.
US carriers require any business sending SMS from a ten-digit number to register the brand and campaign first. Without it your messages are filtered or blocked outright and you are often not told. We file the registration as part of the Practice Team setup and the carrier fee is passed through at cost.
On Clinic-Wide we keep the listing running: posts about what you are currently offering, current photographs of the practice, and the questions people leave on the profile actually answered. For a local practice the profile is frequently the first thing someone sees, ahead of your website, and a listing whose last update was three years ago reads as a practice that may no longer be open.
No. We rebuild it. You keep your domain, existing URLs are redirected so the rankings you already have carry across, and content worth keeping is migrated. Your current site stays up until the new one is live.
With fast pages, real location pages, correct schema and clean sitemap, robots and llms files, we guarantee your site starts ranking in your area within 3 to 5 months. Anyone promising day-one rankings is not being straight with you.
