Health & Wellness GHL Snapshot sells digital products including GoHighLevel snapshots, automation systems, AI tools, templates, and marketing assets for health, wellness, fitness, and related businesses. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms, you are at least 18 years old, and you will not misuse or resell our digital assets without permission.
Digital Product Purchase Policy
Delivery Timeline – After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email instantly and your snapshot delivery within 1 business day, including your installation link and documentation. Delivery is completed Monday through Friday.
Product Access – All products are digital and delivered via email; no physical items are shipped.
Lifetime Access – You receive lifetime access to the snapshot version you purchased, including updates.
Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. Refunds are not available for incorrect purchases, change of mind, or failure to use the product. If you do not receive your snapshot within 1 business day, please contact us immediately at info@healthandwellnessghlsnapshot.com.
Support Policy
Free Support – Each purchase includes 15 days of free support for basic customization, help importing your snapshot, and setup guidance. Support begins the day your snapshot is delivered.
Paid Support – After the 15-day period, customers may purchase monthly support.
Scope of Support – Free or paid support does not include full custom builds, advanced personalization, third-party integrations outside GoHighLevel, or design and branding beyond minor updates.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, snapshots, workflows, automations, templates, designs, and digital assets are the exclusive property of Health & Wellness GHL Snapshot. You may not resell, share, distribute, rebrand, upload to third-party marketplaces, or claim any product as your own intellectual property. Violations may result in legal action. You may use the asset only for your own business or client projects, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
User Responsibilities
By using our products, you agree to provide accurate information during checkout, use the snapshot ethically and legally, follow GoHighLevel compliance rules (including A2P 10DLC and SMS regulations), and maintain your own platform subscriptions. We are not responsible for misuse of the product, technical issues caused by third-party software, or compliance violations caused by your messaging content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business losses, lead or revenue loss, system downtime, third-party platform issues (GoHighLevel, Twilio, Mailgun, etc.), misconfiguration or misuse of the snapshot, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
No Guarantees
While our snapshots and automations are designed to improve performance for health and wellness businesses, we do not guarantee specific income, sales results, lead volume, client acquisition, or platform uptime. Results vary based on user effort, implementation, compliance, and external factors.
Third-Party Platforms
Our products may integrate with third-party services such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, Stripe, Mailgun, Facebook & Google forms, and other CRM or lead systems. We are not responsible for outages, billing issues, compliance restrictions, feature changes, or API limitations. Customers must manage their own third-party accounts.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate service if you violate these Terms, attempt to resell or distribute our digital products, or engage in fraud or misuse.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site or products indicates acceptance of any revisions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration or small claims court in the U.S.
